Hey John,

 

Yes TPC of Virginia Beach which is my home course and host of a Nationwide event. Pete Dye and Curtis Strange designed it and it is typical Dye with waste bunkers everywhere and pretty hard at 7300 yards. I play there about 3x a week.

It is a Gibson Custom Shop Vine Inlay J-45 (Similar to the Martin D45). Not to go OT but for the guitar guys on the board here are some pictures of some other guitars lying around FYI) and some back up sticks for TM.

Very nice pics. I would love to have that 60 Degree Rac Black Prototype. I can't find one of those anymore. I have the Satin, but it has like 12 degrees of bounce. I'm looking fo a black with about 6. What does yours have and are you looking to part with it?

Geez, what a room. I used to own that SG. Next time your want to try a different acoustic, check out a Collings. He makes a C-10 Deluxe that is a takeoff of the Gibson OO.

Rareguitar, nice bag and music room. I was down in your neck of the woods and got to play the TPC of Virginia Beach a couple of times in mid October. Sweet course and in excellent condition. The staff was unbelievably nice. We played from the backs (not championship) and it is a bear at 7200 or so especially the back nine. I shot 34 and 36 on the front and 41 and 40 on the back. If you know Charlie King tell him Ted Pugh from Roanoke says thanks and hello. I am sure you know him. He was a helluva nice guy to play with. I am jealous. I would love to play their on a daily basis.
