What shaft is in YOUR SQ Tour?

Need help, Vista Tour is no good!

Maybe i'm crazy, but the Vista Tour 60 I just stuck in my SQ Tour feels like it weighs a ton. I can no longer feel the head, and it feels like i'm swinging it slower because of the weight. Only it's a 63 gram shaft?!?

Do different shafts have different weight distribution? Like maybe the Vista has all the weight spread out along the shaft, while the old NV had it concentrated near the head, so I could feel the head better? I want a med-launch, low spin shaft, but still be able to feel the head, and have it kick a little. Any recommendations? I'd love to hear whats working in your Tour. I'll probably go to an NV65 R-flex, since I liked the old one, it was just too stiff. Thanks guys.

the aldila are a half flex stiff.. perhaps a tipped R would work..

if you go the $$$ the 63 diamana is sweet.

I initially had the stiff 83 gram Diamana in it but Nike did not install them right and it didnt play right so I pulled it and installed a stiff Accuflex Evolution tipped an inch and a half. Very straight and long!!!

I should probably know this with all the talk about it, but what exactly are the specs/ launch characteristics of the Diamana? I just played 9 with my new 8.5* Comp, and I might go with it over the SQ. Also, do Diamana's come in .350? Thanks.

stick with .335 it can be shimmed.

and the sq is a .335 anyway..

the diamana is a mid launch shaft.. higher launch with a lower weight so the 63 launches higher then the 83..

I thought Vista tour shaft feels fantastic!... I bet its just the wrong kind of profile that makes this shafts feel like a board or heavy to you and cant feel head..... I wont even touch the mid launch in that case would go for something mid high but dont balloon.

Mid-high launch , try Accra T60 .

NVS 60 R tipped 1/2 to 1 inch. Prolly best choice

v2 55 ( not 65)

One of the super shafts that nobody tried but very good... Accuflex Icon Lite ... 150 bucks !.... its like a six on steriods.. good luck in your search. If u dont want to spend so much.. go for Accuflex icon V3,,, all good choices.

I actually installed a TP REAX (rombax) 75 (s) (pulled from a TM R7 425TP) in mine and it is AWESOME! All the performance of the 757 with much smoother feel. I cannot get over how good this combo has been.
