Nike VR Splits or Titleist ZMs

I need some feedback

I am a low single digit handicapper. I was all set to get a set of Titleist ZM blades. I love the way they look at address. During golf season I work on my iron game a lot and I am not afraid to play blades. But those Nike Splits look so inviting, especially with almost unanimous praise. I have seen the ZMs up close, but not the splits. Then I saw a string on Bob Tway, a Titleist staffer, who had a set of splits in his bag. But I believe Tway used to play Pings during part of his career. Blade players seem to stay blade player at the top level. So maybe that is not so surprising.

So here are some issues that are clogging my brain:

The splits seem to have some additional offset in the 3, 4 and 5 iron. Obviously, a lot more offset than the ZMs. Does anyone have good pics of the 3, 4 and 5 iron set at address in a good square position they could share?

Can you see the trailing edge of the long iron splits at address? Seeing some trailing edge seems to occur with all cavity backs, even so-called player clubs, because the soles are normally wider than blades.

The ZMs are supposed to feel great, soft and solid. Has anyone hit both of these models and be able to provide some feedback as to how they compare?

I have read that the long irons are not as easy to hit as the mid and short irons in the splits. Can anyone expand on what that might mean?
