what do you think about this

All you BBV fans do you think this seasons contestants are using retail or tour issue clubs?

I'm just curious since some of them are on the futures tour and I'm also owndering if the futures tour palyers have access to tour issue equipment?

I think most of them are using retail, but does Bridgestone like pay the contestants to play their clubs because a lot of them were playing Bridgestone clubs. Also I saw a girl using a R7 TP. Heres the link to the Big Break 5 Whats in the bag on Golf Channel's Website.

I do not know that I 100% trust the WITB as isted on the golf channel website. I base this on the fact that it states Nikki is playing a Bridgestone driver and 3 wood. I know on the second episode, I clearly saw a cleveland launcher driver and 3 wood with the launcher gold shafts.

Not sure about the clubs but Bridgestone is a BBV sponsor so the bags were given to the contestants during the first show.

Yeah, you can't miss the gold Cleveland shaft. Nikki's WITB also sates she is using Ben Hogan "Pro Series" irons, which I assume are the Apex Edge Pro irons since there are no "Pro Series" irons. There are a few misspelled words initially in the WITB for BBV so I would not put much into how thorough they have been.

ive gotten to play with Katie a few times & am pretty sure from my eyes she has Cally irons in play. granted the show did tape in oct/nov she could have changed from what she was using then to now

Actually the shafts that Nikki were playing were Aldila NVS shafts. Watch the episode again when she pulls her driver/3 wood out to go back to the tee. Her bridgestone headcovers were on so kinda hard to say if they were clevelands or not but definetly Aldila NVS shafts.
