Roger Fredericks Workout DVDs. Great program and I still do it. It's helped me go from 1" from touching my toes to getting my entire hand on the ground. I just do not need the videos anymore, since I have the program in my head.

The package includes 3 DVDs. The Stretching DVD has been viewed 10 times. The strength and swing drills DVDs have been viewed once only. It includes a wall poster that has never even been unfolded and the booklet with the stretches outlined for when you travel. I can include the workout rope too if you want. I have used that for my workouts. It's still in good shape, but you may not want a used rope.
