Should I order a custom Mills????

I currently use a TP Mills/Mizuno Workshop I putter and I love it. I'm thinking of having a custom TP Mills made very similarly to the Workshop I, may change a few small things such as have a sight dot instead of an oval and of course get some custom stamping. For those that have had custom Mills putters made, did you regret spending that much on a putter???

I received mine last week and all I can say is that it was money well spent. I had some slight adjustments made to a putter that I was currently using as far as specs were concerned and I used a similar style to a putter he had already designed. I have played 7 rounds with it and love it.

Absolutely not! My TP Mills was probably my best putter buy to date, and I have a couple pretty nice putters. I don't know if David will do a site dot over the trademark oval, but I'd also wager that he isn't about to go clutter the putter up w/ circle T's and crapping dogs either(then again, from what I understand Scotty won't do that on demand anymore either ;) ). Definitely go through all the pictures you can find on this site and at TPMills.com. This will give you a good idea of the options that you do have, and you'll have a lot! :D Good luck on your future Mills putter--you know you want it! :fool:

you should try a professional series putter first and then decide if you want to spend the money on a custom.
