Holy crap!! I have a little updating to do! Bag and setup has pretty much stayed the same. But, I am working in the new Tour Preferred wedges. Started with the 50* replaced the shaft with a Nippon 950 like my irons have in them. Really like the feel of these shafts. Good spin, too.

I think they feel softer than the last ATV's. I know they markup/bag chatter easier. Putting the Nippon shaft in gives me a bit more height and I think these spin better anyways. Really an easy switch.

Played yesterday morning and the 50* performed well. I have also added a 54 and a 58 which both have the ATV grind. Really like both of them. Worked well on the various shots that I faced. Their strength is in open faced shots and they didn't disappoint. Luckily was not in any sand during the round, but that won't last to long. Probably have 5 sand shots today!!

Added a new flat stick. Not a matter of need, but WANT!! Kia Ma Tour Daytona with flow neck. Milled face and Rossa script in the cavity. I added a TT flare tip staft and the correct black 2010 Kia Ma grip.

Ed, great bag setup! And that putter looks sick! I feel Taylormade needs to go back to a milled putter or at least a different insert! Headcovers and Bag look pretty sweet as well.

A couple new additions:

First, I want to add some info on the Kia Ma putter. Obviously this model was never retail. No flow neck Daytona was released. And with the Rossa script in the cavity and the deep milling on the face, quite a bit different than retail. And at 360 grams, a good, heavy head with great feel. I have several putters that have not seen the putting green, this one has and is now in the bag! Had a new PR at my home course Tuesday night, 77 and had only 28 putts. This is firmly in the......rotation! Haha! I think a putter should always feel nervous and that it can be replaced. At the turn if necessary!!

A fellow WRXer, who will remain nameless for the moment, suggested I look at a listing for Tour Issue JetSpeed fairway heads on eBay. Next thing I knew, I had a 3HL head show up UPS! I have heard so much about these heads. and will report back to the Retail vs Tour JetSpeed thread with my thoughts and results. Deeper face and smaller shape than retail, I hope it is good off the tee and usable from the fairway.

Both of our ours are Daytona Tour 5–02's. They are made out of carbon steel. They are 35 inches long and in exceptionally good condition almost mint. Mine even still has the shaft stickers on it from TaylorMade.

It certainly has a roundness to the bumpers. And a nice feel. Zach, Dave Feldman and I have a lot of fun comparing different putters we find. Zach and Dave have great putter collections and it is fun to find the unique ones.

A new picture of the bottom end of the bag. Waiting on #4 UDI to arrive. Not sure which Hybrid to take out. Probably the SLDR 3h because i rarely use it at my home course. SLDR 5h is so great out of the rough. We will see.

The other day I received a very nice 2009 Kia Ma Monte Carlo. It is 33" long and has the rare triple milling with the Rossa Bird on the toe. Early release or Tour Issue.

And today I received my Much anticipated #4 UDI. It is going straight in the bag. I have a SteelFiber i80 shaft on the way for it. But, I will try it with the KBS Tour 125 stiff that it came with. Looks and feels great.

I bought a set of irons. I have looked for a long time and I have to thank the TM Hoader (Dave Feldman) for giving me the heads up on them. They were said to have been Tour Issue and that they were given to a former Tour Caddie. None of which I can confirm. Good story, but no TXXXXX number or stickers. Still great looking irons. 4-PW SteelFiber i110CW shafts with Golf Pride Tour Wrap grips. Very slight bag chatter and grooves and faces look, as was stated, like very few rounds were played with these.

Just to report back in, the new UDI driving iron is way better than I expected. It is great off the tee. Very forgiving, solid feeling, good feedback on off center hits.

From the fairway, you think you're hitting a six or seven iron. It elevates very easily, turf interaction is good. Very good ball flight. I've not tried to hold a green with it yet, but I'm laid up with it on par 5's and it's really a wonderful club for that. Haven't tried out of the rough, just not sure that's something that I can pull off! Still have the SLDR 5h for that. The Kentucky bluegrass rough here in Indiana it's pretty thick this summer.
