Titleist 670

Gxgolfer

Recommended Posts

• Flatter trajectory and increased shot-shaping ability that better players seek

• Wider sole with more bounce suits aggressive swings and softer conditions

• Shiny chrome finish with sand-blasted hitting zone provide easy alignment and confidence at address

• Traditional-looking blade but with a smoother toe and thicker topline

I love my 670's! I have played plenty of musclebacks and I like these the best. They have a great feel and fantastic feedback. If you are a consistent striker of the ball, I would say give these a go.

Not for everyone, I'm a 6 hpc and don't have any trouble in playability, distance trajectory,etc..These will feel a slight bit harsh or clicky if your a TM or Muira player..I have had all the Titleist sets..

tour Model 1988,681/690 CB & MB/660/695 MB & CB/735.cm's/755 and I still keep going back to the 670's..I have also had all the Mizuno blades and I must say the Miz's are longer, higher flight, and feel much softer..I am currently evaluating a set of MP 67's which might replace the MP60's and Titleist 670's..

I just received my custom 670s a couple days ago.... and my first thought was "stunning"... from initial look and setup they are perfect.

Appearance is second to none...!

-Very nice minimal progressive offset...

-Nice square appearance at setup...they have a little meat to them and appear easy to hit.

-The topline is not as thick as I was expecting from the descriptions I have read. It is not butter knife thin -but it is not a "thick" topline either..... very attractive.

-Nice blunted leading edge and good bounce to prevent digging.

The performance of these is phenominal.....! By far the best blade I have used.

I disagree that they are tough to hit....unless I am a lot better player than I think I am.

-Nice penetrating flight

-Excellent distance control

-Forgiving if you have a decent swing (if you are very erratic than it is not the club for you, but if you have a decent swing and are repeatable than it is a great choice)

-Workable

-I have always hit my CBs way too high and have lost distance. The ball flight on these is perfect

and I have actually gaine a club length in distance back !!

They look so good that I will actually use headcovers ...

This sounds good i have just picked up a set of these second hand with TT S300 shaft's and even though i am not a low handicap i have always liked to use blades and have had several mizuno's which i have found the best but i hope these will be even better :fool: .
