Here's my tale:

Had a G10 for about 6 months and got tired of it so sold it and got a Ft-i..was launching the Ft-i too high so sold it and got another Ft-i with a lower loft...hit it decent but didnt like the 45 3/4 shaft so had it cut down to 44 1/2 but the flex didnt feel right so sold it and got another g10.

The original g10 I had was at 45" and regular flex but this one was at 45 3/4 and stiff flex. I liked the control of the 45" so I had this one cut down but then I think that I cut too much because the flex for this was a little too stiff so I ended up selling it and got an 08 tour burner with a v2 shaft.

The TB with the v2 was a little too boardy for me for I sold it after 1 session on the range and got another TB but with a Pershing shaft. This driver I actually liked but then I saw an ad on the BST for a lightly used FT-IQ so I coudnt resist so got rid of the TB and am now gaming the FTIQ. All of these changes took place in the begining of '09.

I also purchased 2 spinned milled wedges but sold those and went with new cg14s. Just yesterday, I purchased a new Adams A3 3 wood from ebay and this afternoon received via ups a rife abaco putter (very nice) that I promptly replaced the grip with an iomic. I am sure that I left out some of the other purchases I made since the new year....I just hope that my wife doesnt read this forum.

Are we sick or what!!

edit...I just noticed my signature and sad to say, I have none of those clubs.

I have hit three drivers this year and don't know which one to get. The Callaway FT-9, FT-iQ, and the Ping Rapture V2. I hit them just about the same no big difference. Just don't know what one to get? Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

I hit all three and settled on the FT-9 Tour I-Mix. I hit it great and like the thought of being able to change the shaft if necessary.

THIS IS AMAZING!

I have to show my wife this thread so she knows I'm not the only one.

I am possibly going back to Nike (Although I can't stand the Dymo stock shaft)

We'll see - I'm signing a contract with her saying After this weekend (My last chance) I can't buy any clubs until My BDay in June (R9?)

But I've already preordered a R9 so that doesnt count

I saw the title to this post and knew it would be the best read of the day.

It's always fun to try new gear even though it might not last that long. With this crowd its a wonder some things actually make it home from the store.

But look on the bright side...I have a buddy who hobby is "e-trade", how much fun you think he's having? :russian_roulette:

Long live the HO!!!

Play Well (with whatever you have that day),

You are not alone, this is 2009 for me.

Started with:

TaylorMade burner

Burner 3W

AP2's Vokeys

Spider putter

Sold all of that went to:

Callaway FTLCG

Callaway 3W

X Forged

Callaway Wedges

Sold all of this and went to:

Callaway FTIQ

Titleist 909 3W

X-22's

Vokey Wedges

Sold all of this and went to:

Callaway FT-9

Nike Dymo

Nike Splits

Nike VR wedges

Scotty Buttonback

Now want to go to all new 2009 TM.

That is amazing.

You know after all my BS I realize one thing - The Nike VR Splits might be the best irons ever made?!

I sold them because I was getting slack from my friends for "selling out" and going all Nike. I'm like WTF, They just FEEL amazing.

Who wants to buy MP52s??! New with MultiCompound Grips (Blue)! I'm serious!

Im going back to the swoosh, final answer!

p.s. - Is there any benefit gettin fit for irons? I know with Drivers, you need to go on the Launch Monitor but with irons, how much really can be adjusted?

Atleast my Ping Zing has lasted 4 weeks so far. It might not though, I'm eying the Ping Zing Anser.

The splits are awesome. Great feeling, I will try the 09 burners, then I am done. I just changed my woods out for TM though. So, now I have

TM Burner TP

R9 4W

Adams A4 3H

Nike splits

VR wedges

Buttonback

And, I still have a huge credit I need to use.

Callaway Mavrick Callaway Mavrick SZ 3W Callaway Superhybrid Titleist 510 20 Titleist T100 Vokey SM7 54 and 60 Scotty Cameron T22

you have to be 18, and i only buy from authorized retailors

Im 14, did my first transaction on ebay when I was 10, but I see why so many people are afraid of using it because of all the fakes.

Being only 14 you shouldn't be reading crazy stuff like that. Don't ever think this is what real life is made of.
