I've got a new vacation place in the suburbs. How long after a course opens in the area, after overseeding, are conditions close to playable without thinking about the maintenance?

Hey guys I am looking for a group on Sunday. Sunridge Canyon is running a 45$ deal and I want to go out and play it. I am rolling solo at this point.
