Driver Shaft Options for my r7

I need a little help here on recommendations for my driver. I am currently hitting a r7 w/ 652 speeder stiff (sst pured). Before I switched to the r7, i was hitting the 983e with the titleist speeder (i assume 757). I had a really great season last year with my driver, especially when i was able to play quite a bit duirng the summer and fall. Recently, I have gone to s**t with my driver (fades, draws, no consistency and I'm sure it's all in the swing) but want to explore options of changing out my shaft. I was fitted with the 652 by a clubmaker in Kansas City. He claims that I was better off with the 65 gram vs. the 75 gram. I have a pretty quick tempo, but try to slow the take away done some. My clubhead speed varies from 102-110 and my driver carry is avg. at 270 (i don't seem to get a lot of roll....not sure if it's the ball, shaft, or me). Anyways, I've looked at the diamanas but i've always played with fuji's in my woods. What should I do? Also, i have the r7 tp 3 wood with the vista 80. thanks for the help

i also wanted to add what are my benefits of switching up to a 75 gram shaft. thanks

seems like the shaft is a bit light for you, because of the weight of the shaft, i think you are spinning the ball a bit too much

 

and also you do have a quick tempo right? then you should consider a bit heavier shaft than lighter shafts,

 

try something around 75-83grams, it should match your swing tempo and lower the spin off of it,

 

similar thing happen to me,

 

i have a retail 510tp 9.5 wit NV75X tipped 1/2 inch, it spuned like my 7iron, no roll watsoever,

 

but with the R7 HT TP 8.5 WIT DIAMANA83X(heavier head and the shaft), i get a bit less carry but lot more roll, resulting about 280yds,

 

and another driver, TOUR ISSUE 983E 8.5 WIT FIT ON PRO95 X(which is even heavier than my R7,) gotten my even better result, the trajectory was awesome and not too much spin either,

 

so i think you should use something that's heavier
