Jason is a great player, and it'd be great to have access to a club one of the guys we look up to on tour has played.

Jason and I share a few things in common, and very few slight differences:

He's big, I'm big

He swings fast, I swing fast

He like's Cobra, I like Cobra

He gets payed to play with Cobra, I cannot afford to touch Cobra in the golf shop

He is fantastic at golf, I am a little edgy at golf (good days, bad days)

His bad days are way better than my good days will ever be

He is a professional golfer, I am a professional (dishwasher that is..)

Other than the slight differences observed, we have a lot in common and I think this would be fantastic to win this club!

Would love to try this club out against my Callaway. I've been wanting to try a stiffer shaft to cut down on spin and gain better control, and this would be a perfect combination

First, Jason Gore is a player willing to go sponsorless just to play the clubs he wants to play. I remember him using an all black staff bag just because he wanted to use what he liked.

 

If Gore is that committed to using clubs that he feels performs for him, then this club has got to be the cat's pajamas.

 

I probably won't even be able to use this club other than casual rounds, but Gore's commitment to good equipment fits with my personal philosophy as well!

I'd love to win that because after watching him on those playing lessons with the pros on GC and seeing him pop up every once in a while on tour he's a good guy to root for. Even my girlfriend likes him though she does makes fun of his sweating issues, lol.
