I have gamed the L4v X and X Speed Pro S for the past couple of years. In my opinion Cobra puts out the best drivers on the market. I would be blessed to game this driver.

WOW!!! Thanks to Golfwrx and Cobra Golf for making this opportunity happen. I still remember in the summer of 1993 playing my first King Cobra back then 9* Deep Face with Autoclave graphite, it was the summer of my senior year of high school, and when I chose the Cobra I also could have gotten the original Callaway Big Bertha, but I just wanted to be like Greg Norman back then. The original cobra back then was a beast.

 

I recently demoed the S9.1 and it kind of took me back to the good ol days of the original cobra driver that I had, fantastic set-up, very very solid, a great thwack at impact instead of the common tin can sound of todays clubs. The Jason Gore driver would be an unbelievable club to play, and what a great head shaft combo

 

Who wouldnt want to have a driver from a class act like Jason Gore. This guy was the Prince of Pinehurst in the 2005 U.S. Open, when he won the hearts of golf fans everywhere, and he made a 20 foot eagle putt on his last hole of a nationwide event to shoot 59. Now that is clutch.

 

I still remember watching him on the driving range at Medinah in the 2006 Pga Championship and he just appeared to be really enjoying himself and the fans. He looked like a guy you could tee it up with in you saturday morning game and you would just have a great time.

Hey!! we all want it or we wouldn't spend so much time @ Golfwrx.com. If you are here then you are a golf gearhead. That being said I'd love to add it to my tour collection. Payne's putter, DiMarco's bag, Jack's Driver (wood), Rocco's driver none of which I can game nor do I expect that I can hit Jason's club either, but it's a great chance at piece of golf history. :russian_roulette:

I wish more professional athletes would conduct themselves like Mr. Gore. Cobra has many great players like Camillo and Ogilivy on staff. Jason adds is a great addition. I am in the golf industry, and Cobra's new products are some of the best looking on the market! Keep up the great work. Please enter me in the draw.

I would like to win this driver for several reasons:

 

1. The Cobra 427 was one of the best drivers I've ever had. What was that, 6 years ago? It STILL has the LD record on my home course #9

 

2. I've never had a real tour driver. Heck no I wouldn't sell it. The club would be gamed.

 

3. I can hit that shaft. No need to reshaft for me!

 

4. The all black head looks killer and would look even more killer in my bag.

 

5. ME WANT! (do you really need a better reason than that for a Golfwrx member?
