why'd you stop playing tournaments on stars??

 

I play on Stars daily, usually in the 3/6 NL occaisionally in the 2/4 NL if im running bad.

Arghh i do play occasionally in the big tourneys.....i seem to be busy alot on the weekends and when i do play i develop a semi-case of ADD :D lol...so i do better playing 4x $105 or $215 turbos...that way playin 4 at once i am forced to concentrate! Maybe we can get a private tourney going here!

Used to play quite a bit but finally had to give it up, just too much time. I was able to build up using free points to a pretty good amount of cash on one site, then found out the withdraw rules were really insane. So much for the new wedge ;)

I used to play over on PStars. However, I have not played a real money game since the funding/withdrawl rules changed for American players. Probably a blessing in disguise since my blood pressue would go through the roof during tourney play...way to many donkies in the on-line poker scene. Nothing like being double barreled and getting cracked by a guy playing an off-suit 59 and catches a wheel. Oh, but how I miss the action.

Reason why I quit playing online and limited my live game action at the Taj/Borgata/Foxwoods. Leaning more and more to tourneys now and 10/20NL and 20/40L...less donkeys but they still float around in the high limit games...like playing going heads up with John Juanda at the Borgata the week of the Borgata Open in a live 10/20NL, spiking a set and betting the set hard only to get sucked out on a runner runner flush.

 

Even the pros will attempt donkey moves...Gavin Smith was laughing his a** off while I was holding myself back from bashing the chair over his back.
