proforce v2 in a fairway or hybrid?

do they make the proforce v2 75 grams in a fairway wood or hybrid model? i just got the proforce v2 75g in my new 905R and i love it and would like to match it

Yes - they do make a hybrid shaft, as I have one in a Sonartec MD 21*. According to what I hear, this shaft has not been released to the public yet, as the one I have supposedly came from the PGA tour.

 

Here are the specs as printed on the shaft:

 

Flex: X

Weight: 89g

Torque: 2.3*

Butt Stiffness: 340

Mid Stiffness: 97

Tip Stiffness: 42

Tip Parallel: 6"

Tip OD: .370

 

I've only hit this club a couple of time and it feels very good.

There is an 85 and 95 gram version of the V2 but it is only available from UST Tour Shop dealers.

Just hit my new callaway x with this shaft felt good didn't kick ball to high nice trajectory hit the ball well with this shaft.Previously used Vista Pro 80.If you hit this shaft well in driver go for it in 3 wood. :stop:

I have a V2 65 gram in my 904f and it is sweet, I thought it might be too light but it isn't it is a rocket launcher

I am planning on placing a V2 in a Titleist F3.05 if I can find one to buy (if anyone want's to sell one PM me at [email protected]) I think it would make a great combo! I have found some information on V2 hybrid shafts, the release date is going to be early-mid may, and the rep. had nothing but praises about these hybrid shafts. Apparently a huge jump from the original irod. Good luck!

A welcome newcomer to our tour shaft line-up is the new V2 hybrid shaft. The Tour shaft comes in (2) weights, 89- and 104-grams. This shaft has a different feel from the IROD, and has a similar profile to the V2 wood shafts, which is a welcomed transition for players who don’t like equipment to diverse from club to club. This shaft has done very well in seemingly all company hybrids and will no doubt continue to gain popularity as our season rolls on.

if you put it in a deep face fairway such as the t60 or f305 keep in mind it will be very difficult off the deck becasue of the low spin and low launch angle just a thought

can also find the Accra Tour Hybrid ...about the same but 80+g / and slightly better quality
