Hit a set of tour issue 09 burners today and oh my they are sweet. I can only imagine how sweet these B version are. I believe these have to be everything a guycould want. Very workable with a touch of forgivness and I attack down on the ball at a very steep angle and these were great feeling as far as turf interaction being so nice and took huge divots but never felt as if the club would dig on a fat shot. I added 12 yards on average with the long irons. Theshort irons were so easy to hit the perfect trajectory. Just so simple to hit a low piercing shot or a high ballooning shot. I can only pray that I might put my hands on a set of these "B" versions! Dreams could really come true. I was so excited after entering that I was at the local pro shop that allows demos and is at a course at 7 am and my buddy who just got his Tour issued burners last week was there. We played a round and I used his clubs the entire round and I shot a 80. Not to bad for clubs that aren't mine .I Did have my Baganda played theround with 4 drivers I am teseting so I was equipped with all my clubs but just used his irons with px 6.5's

I have been gaming the r7's for a couple of years and it is time to go to more of a better players club. Love my TM, but my goal is single digit. The reviews I've read on the burners say they are sweet and the profile on that "B" looks awesome. Just what I need to take it to the nines.

P.S. Whether it's the "B's" or the retail. I want the KBS black nickel tour stiff with ndmc grips. Those are the sweetest shafts. Hit them in the Adams pro blacks.

P.P.S. Ok, I have been back to this thread almost every day to drool but now I have another reason to really NEED these bad boys. Yesterday, I'm warming up for a quick 9 after work and crushing (for me) my 7 iron to about 165. I hit one last with the 7 and the ball goes maybe 50 yards and the club head goes 70. Snapped the t-step 90 R shaft right at the top of the hosel. Man it really sucks to play without a 7, especially when that is my favorite club in the bag. The last thing I need is to tell SWMBO that I need a new set of irons. So come on guys, please hook me up!

I am about the most loyal Taylor Made guy around. I continually try to make WRX a better place to do business by offering my best quality Tour Issue products here first. As many people on WRX know my stuff is frst quality and I always try to be fair with everyone. I have actually been trying to get a set of these heads for 3 months but have been unsuccessful. I would love the opportunity to get a set of these that I would shaft up with a set of spined KB Tour shafts and I would make this commitment. If I try them and decide not to keep them I would pass on the great deal by giving the heads back to WRX and have them give them away again to someone else. This is best way to keep them " in the family ". Thanks for the chance to own a great , unique set of irons.
