Wow!
The B versions look terrific!! I have been a TM fan ever since I was fit for clubs down at Reynolds Plantation approx 3 years ago. Over the past year I have spent most of my "golf budget" on lessons as opposed to equipment to get me down to a low single digit handicap. This would be a nice upgrade from my current R7 irons. Pick me!!

Great looking clubs. Just send my oldest son packing off to college with my previous gamers, so would love to be able to put these beauties in the bag. Otherwise, its bargain basement time for me :) Thanks.

ITS DESTINY!!! I just recently saw the link to this site a few weeks ago as i was scouring the web for information to help me decide which irons to buy! I have always been a callaway guy and have been playing the 06 berthas for a couple years now. I recently graduated college, and have been playing ALOT of golf, trying to get my game back on track. After going through college and working full time, my game is not what it once was, however, my handicap is slowly but surlely creeping closer to where it was when i played on my high school team... i need to get back into some clubs with a liitle a little more feedback and feel, without sacrificing too much forgiveness! (from what i can tell, these would fit that need!!!!) I have been reading ALOT of reviews about the Burners, and although I have never considered Taylor Made irons, after hitting the 09 burners the other day, they are definitely on my radar! (although i must say i really liked the feel of the x22's, the titleist ap1's as well as the mizuno mp 52's)...i had almost decided on the ap1's until i tried the burner 09's and now i am back to research some more, saw this post, and I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!!!!! you have to consider me when choosing! i would be honored to be "the voice" of these amazing looking clubs on this website, and anywhere that i can! Great job on these clubs and i hope they hit shelves before i make my purchase!

I currently play Ping i3+ Blades, because the look at address is just right. Even though my handicap is in the 12 - 15 range, I do not strike the sweet spot consistently enough. Everytime TM, Ping, Mizuno, etcetera comes out with a new iron for mid-handicappers, I check out the specs, but find that no one has made an iron with a game improvement size head without a lot of offset. The TM Burner iron commercial with Nick Faldo getting fit on the range is a typical example that peaked my interest only to check the specs and see the offset numbers. The closest that I have come to finding "iron Nirvana" was missing a bid on eBay for some Ping i5's that the PING WRX department had made with S-59 offset specs. I could have PING WRX make me some i10's or 15's with minimal offset, but I am years from that big $ number fitting into my budget.

So if I should be fortunate enough to be selected, I would be extremely grateful.

Those are some beautiful irons. It would be nice to have something unique on the golf course. Most people here play Titleist or Callaway since that's pretty much all that is in stock.

Wow!! Thanks to Taylormade and Golfwrx for the awesome chance here! First off, I have been and probably always will be a HUGE Taylormade fan. The real reason why I feel I would be good for these clubs: I got laid off last Sept. and have been having a hard time finding a new job, therefore had to sell off most of my stuff to pay for bills, etc... I am also a new father as of 2 weeks ago to a baby boy which between the loss of work, and a new baby, times have been tough to say the least. I have played a couple times this year with a mix-match set borrowed from a buddy and have been trying to hit the range at least once a week. Not trying for a sob story, believe me I am the happiest father there is and am getting by. Before the little guy I played to a +2 and the couple times I've played this year have been 76 or lower and just wanted to throw myself in because I will definitely be able to play some more and hopefully get back to playing at least some sub par golf if I can get a set of irons built up. Thanks for the chance either way, Milo

(PS, as a bribe, if I win the set I'll post pictures of the little guy next to my old TM staff bag with the irons in it!!)

these beautiful babies need a fine home and I would be happy to provide it - no nasty hosel rockets, promise to hit them from the soft fairways and pay extra to the guys after each round to keep them looking their like the work of art they are!!

love the look of these, but I just can't handle the offset on the retails!! Send them my way - PLEASE!

Why would it be awesome to have these sets? Easy, for the last 10 years I have had hand me down golf clubs from my dad. I am currently playing a set of TaylorMade R7 XD with a regular shaft. I am 6 feet 175 with a 95+ head speed. I am also a college student and have no money to purchase a set that is tailored to me.
Why would I love a custom brand new taylormade burner set? Well I like to go to GolfMart/Roger Dunn out here and Orange County and iI love to test new sets of irons for the day I am able to buy a new set. I love the TaylorMade Burner Irons. Love, I have never hit an iron that feels so pure. Every shot, every mishit felt perfect. I was planning to buy this set when prices dropped in the next year or two (When I can find them in the used section).
As for why I want a custom set, well I would love to have a set that is fitted for me and not my dad. I love playing golf and this would make each round less frustrating.

THank You
