New Scotty Cameron California Line from the PGA!!!

Great shots...

There are four new models in the California Line, all modified versions of previous "city" models. The lines are softer, they have flared toes, and minimal markings at address. All have the "honey dipped" finish which is a heat treatment applied to the 303 stainless steel heads.

They are Del Mar, Monterey, Sonoma, and Coronado. Scotty only brought 2 of each to the PGA and both Del Mars were out when these shots were taken. Darren Clarke had one and Rod Pampling had the other.

not that these would make any difference than similar looking models, i however really like the looks of the [i]Coronado.[/i] thats my favorite putter design of all time of which i have a Spalding/TP Mills, and a Nickent Tour Prototype putter with that same design. that design is very pleasing to MY eye

Man those are some really sweet looking putters. I'm glad that they have minimal markings and "Titleist" instead of "Cameron" on the back.

The fly headcover was released yesterday to club cameron members, and already sold out.

That Del Mar is very nice looking. Could be what I'm looking for in a flow neck mid mallet.

Those indoor shots of the finish are the best yet for the color I had been expecting. The rest of the pics seem too close to studio stainless models. I think a Monterrey with a aftermarket sound slot should serve as a good flatstick. My Studio Stainless is almost 7 years old and needs retirement soon.

A new Del Mar!!! Just what I've been waiting for! I've been after one for a while now and ended up getting a JAT instead. I will be all over this if and when it's released! Anybody know if this line is defenate to make it to retail and when?

Yes. They will be released at the end of Sept according to golf.com.

Answer to a couple of earlier questions.
1. Will these patina over time?
No these are a coat on stainless steel. Not a material that will patina at all.
2. What's the price going to be?
My Titleist rep says it will be right aroung $299.
