The CB-201 uses as its base Mr. Miura's highly regarded CB-1005 with certain slight profile changes to move it from the Japanese look to a North American look, particularly in the short irons. Mr. Miura believes that these subtle changes make the CB 201 his best ever forged iron.

I've had mine for a year with the Nippon NS1050's in a stiff 5-PW 1/2in. long. Where do I start? Workable, forgiving, feel like no other. I used to hit my 8-PW sky high, these are made to fly much lower and more accurate. My 5i and 7i have identicle flights. The 9 and PW have an 8bounce, perfect for my swing and courses I play.

 

I had a little trouble transitioning to them the first couple weeks. I had emailed the guy who I bought them from, just to general b.s. about how they were going. He said "You don't get used to Miura's, they get used to you". That quote defines my experience with them, I truly feel like they were made for me and me only now.

I've had my Miuras for about one year. My previous set was a cast, cavity back club. The Miuras are terrific clubs. They're not particularly long but have the most incredible feel. They're the best club I've ever hit on 3/4 swings and knockdown shots and they're beautiful clubs. Every time I play I receive lots of compliments on them.

I realize this is a bit off topic, but can anyone offer a review on this model's predecessor, the CB 1005? I may potentially buy a set from a WRX member and would like a review on them if I could get one.

Just got a set great feel, we'll see they may replace my gamers here as soon as I can get the lies flattened. Anyone have experience tweaking these? Should I be concerned bending them 2° flat?
