White Bags...Conclusion

First off I'd like to apologize to those who were involved in this debacle. I wish I could have been of more assistance in this whole ordeal but I hardly have time to see my family let alone try to figure out what happened here. From the outside it might have seemed easy, but the majority of payments were sent directly to the rep and I had no idea who nor how many bags were being ordered.

 

What has happened:

 

The Shamrock bags went out at the beginning of last week. I have not seen a picture nor have I received mine yet, but I do know they are in route. PING screwed up that order by doing 4 leaf clover bags, 4 way top, and the 2005 stand versus the new improved 2006 stand. The rep sent them immediately back and PING rushed them back out. I didn't even know this happened until I contacted the rep looking for my shamrock bags.

 

White bags:

The four white bags I received have been reconciled and I have/need to contact the people. However except for two UK guys (shipping $ issue) they have gone out.

 

2 other bags:

 

2 other people's orders were never fulfilled by PING and I had to take the brunt of that loss.

 

FYI to those doing custom orders in the future:

 

Its not easy and you will lose hundreds as I have here. Don't do it. Enjoy your bags and again my apologies.
