anyone know what the green fees are?

Golf Digest says the max green fee is $335 (cart included), but you can always call the pro shop (910-235-8141) and find out.

That's about right. A friend of mine went down in March and he said that it would be around $500 when it was all said and done. Of course this is with a caddy. Simp

It depends whether you are staying at the resort or not.

If your not staying at the resort then you have to pay the Day of Play rate (and you can't book advanced tee times). I used to work in the Main Shop there and in 2000 it was $275 for day of play. If you stay at the resort then you can pay the surcharge which was $95 back then. Sorry, I know your asking for current prices, but I thought I would just let you know how the system works. Call the shop. And a little tip if you want to get a tee time without staying at the resort. Find out what time the golf shop opens and watch the weather channel for the current time. If the shop opened at 7AM we wouldn't log onto the phone system until the time on the Weather Channel said 7AM. If your the first one to call that day there might be an open tee time.

If you go down there, I would recommend playing course #6 before #2. #2 is the best course there but its not in great condition, on the other hand, #6 is in as good of shape as Augusta National. It was absolutely perfect. You will not find a course in better condition all year long.
