Any Juniors here from UK on it

Been looking at it and maybe aim to try and qualify next year. If you got on it how hard was it. I know one guy whos off 1 and qualified.

theres nett and groce i played in it last year and came 3rd in qualifiers at sale gc.Only 1 per county goes through to the finals.

I played this year at Woburn and Royal West Norfolk. I am off 4 and under 15.

Got through to regional finals but had a shocker at Forest of Arden.

in the under 18 age group i think you have to be off 3 to try to qualify but thats quite optimistic. ive considered it before but with school and work i dont have the time to practice enough and plus i think id be quite optimistic aswell (0 hcap)! i know two girls that have made it through with 4 hcaps that are the same age as me (17) but without upsetting anybody its goin to be harder for us lads.

My mate won it a few years ago...didn't make team faldo though. Rory McIlroy was on it that year as well.

it's a really low standard for the girls. a friend of mine plays off 6 and shot 88,86 or somethin round ganton but cos there was only 4 girls she went through anyway (top 4 from each category). did pretty much the same thing at the next stage n got through to the final so everyone thought she was awesome but really she had four .1 rounds. the boys is much higher quality like county players and lads off +2. just look at the past winners-rory mcilroy,oli fisher, ben evans.
