VOKEYS are spin milled a lower swing weight than oil cans

I recently bought a spin milled lob wedge to replace my old rusty oil can. I have oil can 52 and 56 wedges as well that arent rusted yet they are pretty new. I noticed that the spin milled felt very light when i picked it up and especially when i was chipping with it. I actually stopped chipping with it because the difference in weight caused me to lose my distance control. So i added lead tape to it and it took alot of tape to get it to feel right for me. Still needs a lil more but i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem??Hope this is the right forum

some will be right on D5 some will be heavier some will be lighter, seems liek you just got a heavy oil can and a light spin milled, easy to tune witha little lead tape

 

across this industry usually if you find a club within 1 swingweight thats pretty good but sometimes its 2 or 3 swingweights different
