Parmasters

opening in the fall in my area.

Just curious if anyone here has any experience with Parmasters facility. Up here in Canada one is being built 5 miles away from me and was highly interetsed in Joining.
For those who dont know anything about it, its a indoor golf trianing facility with bunkers and greens, long and short range bays and such
I have an appointment with the owner tomorrow night, just looking for some insight.
They claim they will lower your handicap by 25% guaranteed.

I had one 5 miinutes from my house. It went out of business after one winter. they are too small of a facility and are not done right. the food in the cafe they had was good but that was about it. the simulators the company uses dont work very well. the greens are lightning fast to the point where you tap a 35 footer. when sand get on the greens they are unputtable. i had funn there bc me and my friends had memberships but that was th only reason. not a very good experiece. i hve always wanted to start a company like this but do it RIGHT. they do it the wrong way and the ones i have known about close quickly.

There is one opening up here in Memphis, and I'm curious about what it will be like. I can't afford to join...it's ~$60 per month (give me a break!) or about $40 a month but you can only come Mon-Thur before 4pm.

Hopefully the green here will be a little better since it's gets really hot here and nobody wants to practice outside when it's 110+ and 100% humidity!

I'll try to keep you posted on what it's like.
