shrink wrap?

I just bid on a YES Callie on ebay and noticed shrink wrap on the head of the putter. Do YES! putters generally come with shrink wrap?

i've never seen any putter in the store with shrink wrap on the head, but thats not say it isn't something they take off in the shop for people to demo

I had to special order my Victoria. When it arrived from Yes! at the shop, it was factory sealed in shrink wrap.

every major OEM club in general arrives at the retailers on shrink wrap, suually on the grip as well. Taylor Made really does a nice job protecticing their irons with foam iron boxes, on top of the shrink wrap.

Bull p**** putters come wrapped in a condom. Pretty crazy marketing if you ask me.

Yeah most models of the YES! series are a very glossy finish, so to keep them this way the manufacturer will cover them with a wrapper.....not sure if would go with a condom....but for sure a wrapper.

man im 98 percent sure u are jokin about the bull p**** putters but who knows in this crazy game and i just have to ask! Is there actually a putter named that cus i remember something about a clubmaker using and obscene name. I read it in a mag dont remember which one. LOL pretty sure its not that tho

yeah, they come with shrink wrap on the heads. strangely enough, they don't cover the grips. you would think they would since the winn grip damages easily and the white/yellow sections may get dirty when people try them out in the stores.
