Graffaloy C NOTE Hybrid shaft!

Have you guys tried this yet?

I just finished installing this samples, I don't have a chance to hit it yet.

To much rain and my elbow has been bothering me.

Anyone hit this shaft could chime in and give us a review, Please! :)

I put it on nickent head 20*, It's an X flex w/ no tipping at 40.5" at D2 SW.

That is one of the cooler looking shafts that I've seen.

 

What are those shafts worth? Are they available to the public?

That is a unique design, i guess that means that shaft is supposed to be " money".

The weather is pretty nice today but i have no time to go and play yet and my elbow is still screw up. :)

Joey, is there any logo of sorts facing up? The shaft looks good, do you know what the specs are? (Weight, Kickpoint, etc.)

My favorite part of this shaft is the fact that it says "In Grafalloy We Trust" just like on currency!

The art of painting is getting pretty wild now a days on shaft design. This one is pretty innovative and makes us smile.

.355 and .370 versions. Cost is $150.

Tight feel but very smooth through the full swing. It flex slightly softer than the flex says IMO.

 

Easy to get the ball up on the air w/ no balloon at all.

 

Swing weight is about 1 point lighter than DG shaft.

 

A lot of people gets attracted w/ the color and graphic and give a " neat idea " commnet! :)

I read a review somewhere which said this shaft was even stiffter than the 904hb. From your review the C-Note sounds like a much higher launch shaft than the 904.

 

To me, the 904 was akin to rebar, so is there any truth to that? Or are they very different?

I have no idea what they said but I hit this shaft higher than my 904 HB and a bit on a softer side.

 

Almost similar in smoothness but definitely 904HB kick the ball lower a touch.

 

I hit this shafts ( 904HB, FTB90 and this C note ) all in X flex and all in the same 20* nickent heads.

 

FTB90 is the highest kick point and the tightest of all ( 1.5* torque ).

i play the C-Note X flex in my Sonartec MD 19...it has been the best hybrid shaft I have ever tried...my shot patterns have improved dramatically...the shaft is firm and it should be being a hybrid shaft...it plays heavy but the mid kick is just right to keep the ball flight optimum.
