Nickent 3DX DC distance?

Thinking of picking up a Nickent 3DX DC hybrid. I want something that will be about a long 3I in terms of distance. I don't want a huge difference between the hybrid and my 4I. Given the length of shafts, I was thinking maybe the 23 degree rather than the 20 degree. Any thoughts?

I have a 19 that i used to replace my 3 iron. I think when it comes to distance on these it matter on your lie. from the tee you may get the same result as a 3 iron but from awkward lies or in the rough they should give you a lot of distance. Im not sure hoe accurate but i have always heard you pick up at leat 10 yards by switching an iron to a hybrid

I'm reviewing the 3DX DC Ironwood and Utility wood right now. Both great clubs. The ironwood is the 20º. I hit it probably about 220 off the deck on a nice high, powerful trajectory with the NV75 stiff shaft. I am really digging this club. VERY easy to hit. The utility is even easier to hit (I have the 5W/19º with the UST V2 speed rated stiff shaft. The trajectory is even higher, but I hit it almost as far. So far, for me, I prefer the ironwood, but for a slower swingspeed or those that want more forgiveness, the utility is silly easy to hit.

I've found the 20º ironwood to be a good fit between my 3 wood and 4 iron. (108 MPH ss.)
