Your Opinions on the White Steel 2Ball blade #2?

Hey All,

 

I have been using a cameron putter or a Anser dessign for as long as I can remeber. However, putting is not my strenght in golf, and am looking for something else to smooth my stroke out.

 

I have always had a fondness for the 2 Ball putters, but thought the White hot was too soft, and the DFX was to dark colored. Although I putted well with both neirther stuck until the white steel came out. Specificaly the 2 ball blade #2 shown in the picture.

 

I love the feel of this putter, the clicky sound, and the rear weighting provides me with a smooth stroke. My question to you all is, is there anything you guys do not like about the 2 ball putters? Do they skid or jump on long hard hit putts? I tried a Bobby Grace amazing Grace once, it was awsome from 15 feet in but anything longer the ball left the ground onme and felt really weird.

This putter is definately on the top of my list of things to get. I tried one out at golf galaxy and I was sinking everthing.

 

I can see now why 2balls are so popular... these help me line up the line allot better.

 

My wife has put me on lock-down as far as spending on golf... so I am willing to sell one of my cameron's.

Annika and Paula Creamer use 2 ball blades (white hot I think but still)... and they often putt well with them. ;-) and what was Furyk using this past weekend? It looked sort of like a regular 2 ball... ?

 

I don't have one currently but keep going back to the 2 ball blade whenever I'm in a golf store... might get a white steel version the next time I wander to the Callaway pre-owned site. :golfer:

I just got the White Steel 2 ball blade #2 for a second putter and it has been working very well for me. It puts a super roll on the ball and the ball seems to not skid much and tracks well. The thing I think I like most is the way the toe releases. I like the center shafted 2 ball but the face balancing seems to make me push a lot of putts. The NP2 I have is 1/4 hang so if I don't watch it I release it too well and pull putts, the #2 seems to be just right for my stroke.And oh yeah, it is easy to line up with the 2 balls and the silver "frame".
