How do the sell at this price?

Is it fake or just a good deal?

I've been looking for a Srixon Driver. I hit one at a demo day and it was great! The sales rep told me what the Suggested Retail Price was but couldn't sell me one. The Pro at the course gave me a "good" price of $275.00. I overheard the rep tell the pro that the wholesale price was $200.00. I almost purchased that day but wanted to sit on it for a while. I started looking on e-bay and found this guy selling for $180.00. My question is, if wholesale is $200.00, how is he selling at $180.00. His/her feedback is very good with great history so it does,t look like their a thief.

Any thoughts??

Well, it's just the price where the bidding starts so it doesn't mean much IMO that it's below the wholesale at 200... I don't really see what you're worried about in this case and with that feedback I'd say you could bid without much to be afraid of - if this driver has the right specs for you... Good luck

Yeah go ahead. Also I believe Srixon is an underrated company and their stuff doesn't get a lot of "look at". Their stuff doesn't go very high. The irons get some good prices though.

You should call or email us to see if we can get you this club at a better rate. The drawback to Ebay is the warranty repair issue, if you end up with one. It can be an advantage to buy from a green grass account who you know will be there 2-3 years down the road if the face caves in.

 

We are on a great sales program with Srixon, and likely have a wholesale that is lower than your golf pro's. At least it is worth the price of an email.
