great feedback,but changes factory spec's

seller admitted changing the lie and repainting the dot of all of the ping irons he buys that are not black dot.i purchased a set from him for my son.when the clubs arrived we were cleaning the heads with plain soap and water and the black dot rubbed off.i called ping with the serial number and they told me they were orange dots when they left the factory.i contacted the seller he said he adjust all of the clubs he buys to standard lie and repaints the dot.i had the lie checked at a pro shop and the lies were not black. i sent them back and received a full refund.now that i have my funds back i feel quilty about all the buyers who are playing clubs with the wrong lie.he cleans up the heads ,does paint fill on the numbers and letters ,repaints the dot to black and gets top dollar.should i report him to ebay to stop him from doing this?

You could report him all you want...eBay won't do didly. Best thing to do is just spread the word about him!
