LT2 PLAYERS

I need your feedback

LT2 players. Please tell me your handicap index and why you like these clubs. Also, please tell me what clubs you use to player prior to playing LT2.

Also, I am coming from MP30's, which I hit pretty well but I would like some forgivness in my long irons.

My handicap is around 5. I really like these clubs. Good feel and you can work them a bit without giving up any forgiveness. The trajectory is also nice.

 

Before these I plaed the TM 300's.

Handicap is 0. The last clubs that I played before the LT2's were the 762 Titleist a little smaller clubhead and a little less offset. I think of the LT's as an improved version of the 762 more forgiveness a little less workable but a much higher ballflight. I have mine shafted with s-300 sensicores, and I love them.

Handicap is 1. I have been playing my LT2's w/ DG S300 shafts for a year now. Before I played TM 300's, even though I loved the 300's, I love my LT2's even more. They are a very solid iron, that is very workable, and great trajectory. The response is very smooth, yet responsive. I think the shaft makes a big difference, I felt the stock "Step" shafts went too high.

 

Bottom line, you can't go wrong with these irons.

I am a 2.5. I recently started playing with the LT2's w/ DG S300 shafts. I was using the Titleist 735's. I like the extra forgiveness, thin topline, not too much offset.

 

I don't play everyday and the extra forgiveness is real nice. A great compromise.

I've played the LT2's for about 6 motnhs and love them. I've got TFR's in them and have no complaints.

How's the trajectory with the TFRs? The consensus seems to be the stock shaft goes too high, and I'm not too sure about S-300s. Want to keep the long/mid iron trajectory up but get the flight down in the short irons (my Pings w/CS Lites are killing me in the wind--time to start over with LT2s).

I am a 9 handicap and have been playing the LT2's for about 3 months. Before them I played the Tourstage X-Blade CB's. I have the TT Dynamic Gold with Sensicore in regular flex. I love the way they setup, are forgiving but workable, and feel great!
