light speed and illegal club heads :)

I was wondering if I get my swing speed to reach the speed of light, would the usga rule my driver illegal because the clubhead would expand infinitely and thereby exceed the 460cc limit? I'm sure some of you big hitters have run into this issue. I e-mailed the usga but didn't get a response. :) :ok: :bb:

Considering that the speed of light is 3x10^8 meters per second, all I can say is that you'd better start lifting weights, and I wish you best of luck in getting that SS up!

The coolest part would be that nobody would even see you swing or hear the club hit the ball.

 

You'd be standing over the ball at setup and then in the blink of an eye you'd be in your follow through position stairing down the fairway. Then like 5 minutes later we'd hear the sonic boom from your swing and everybody would drop their beers and old people would have heart attacks and the Air Force would try to harness your power into some sort of nuclear conductor but then you'd be categorized as a WMD and then the whole world would be after you and you'd have to hide on some deserted island where nobody could find you and you'd be left with nothing but your trusty pocket knife and best pair of tighty whities to survive off of. Not the best life.......

 

Soooo, I'd say it's better left alone....for the sake of humanity.
