Need Help with Launch and Spin recomendations...

what do you think of these numbers?

I swing at between 98 and 105 mph. I'm obviously not terribly long, but I feel as though I could gain some distance by optimizing my launch and spin (can't we all). I also realize my swing isn't close to perfect.

I was at PGA Tour Superstore and was playing around with drivers...... it seems my launch and spin are both too high. My launch is between 14 and 16 degrees and my spin was between 4000 and 4500. These results were with all kinds of different drivers all 9.5 degrees of loft and various stiff flex shafts (Pro Launch, NV, V2, etc). I guess the launch is okay, but I'm more concerned with the spin (I was using a Nike One Black on the monitor, my normal ball).

Should I keep playing with different shafts in 9.5 degrees of loft or should I try to go down in loft (kind of scary)? Maybe 8.5?

Is there a lower spinning ball I should try?

Certainly look at LOW launch shafts, such as the Grafalloy Blue. The spin rate would be ok, if you had a launch of around 6*. Lower loft would probably help quite a bit.

angle is fine actually.... bring down the spin a 500-700 and you are fine.

How? Lower loft? Lower spinning ball (if that's even possible). Should I be looking at shafts other than the ones I can easily test at the store (NV, Prolaunch, V2, stock, etc.)?

try a v2 shaft.. that should bring the spin down some 500 rpms
