I was wondering the same thing yesterday. I would really like to see them in the shop so that I can test them out.

Does anyone know what the weight and length combinations are supposed to be?

I was also curious if anyone who is familiar with Bettinardi knows why he doesn't come out with some different color finishes (I know he has made other colors, but just not recently). I saw a custom betty with a dark chocolate/black finish (I think from TKS) and it was awesome.

I talked with Bobby the other day and said they should be in the stores anytime now. Bettinardi makes all of the putters and ships them to Mizuno. So I think Mizuno is in the process of shipping them out.

There will be a 35" length with a 330 gram head and a 34" length with a 345 gram head.

Bettinardi made all of the production putters in a satin pearl finish for the carbon putters and a storm gray for the two aluminum mallets. The different finishes like on my site are just made for the tour only. I hope that helps.

We already have them in Michigan. The mallets are pretty nice, similar feel to the Hawk line- soft aluminum. I seemed to put well with them, undecided if I will buy one. I dig the grips in person- very bold. The mallet finish is nice, very dark in person- I was hoping the site lines would be white to contrast, but they are black (but that is just a minor thing for me). I liked the one quite a bit, but teh finish was already damaged on teh topline and along the back edge on the only 34 inch they had. In fact, the finish was scuffed somewhere on all the mallets they had there. That's the problem when they have clubs just laying out and everyone screws around with them all day with no respect for other people's property.

I hit the new Mizuno Bettinardis at Golf Galaxy yesterday. The Anser/Newport style putters feel very similar to Camerons and look very good to my eye. I'm not a mallet guy, but even if were, these wouldn't be my choice. They look like a B2 Bomber--flat black, odd shapes, strangely placed sight lines. All the putters come with cool blue and white customized Winn grips.

Talked to the Mizuno rep today, he's getting his samples Monday, I should be seeing them next Thursday. I hope the carbons are as nice as they look, and I can get a good deal on one.

Completely agree. Hit the Mizunardis at GG today. I AM a mallet guy, and I still preferred the carbon steel Answer styles. Right up there with Camerons and NC Milled Series for quality and feel. I've never found Bettinardi's "T" shaped alignment aid on his mallets very accurate. The lines are too thick and imprecise. I thought white would have been a better color as well, given the mallets' dark color. I didn't especially care for the Hoganardi aluminum mallets either. Same problem with the sight lines and too hot off the face for me.
