Anybody up to play some golf in the next couple of weeks?

The conditions out there are really good IMO. Its gotten alot greener since they've taken over, and the greens are now properly maintained. The club west greens keeper is Mel, and he was the one who was responsible for the greens being so pure at Ahwatukee last year. Pace of play can be an issue there so its best to tee off as the first handful of groups off in the morning.

As far as Ive heard, its still planning on shutting down for 3 months in the summer, just not sure when the official closure dates are.

The course condition at Club West was good, I just couldn't make a putt and my driver left me on a few holes. Not sure about closing this summmer, Mark can probably speak to that.

Not very much unfortunately. Just 9 holes with a couple of guys from work every other Friday or so after work.

I wanted to join a men's club this year hoping that it would motivate me to improve my game more but never got around doing that. You guys mostly play on weekdays and it just wouldn't be possible with my Monday to Friday work schedule.

Summer is coming up, hopefully I'd be more motivated with more afforable green fees.

I made a tee time for Tuesday at 9 AM, and the guest rate should be $45 for the duke.

Matt, if you can make it and want me to bump the tee time up a bit earlier so youre not rushing in to work, let me know ASAP and Ill see what I can do. I made a tee time for a 3some, so if anyone else want to join us, let me know and I'll make a 4th spot reservation.

Looks like no good for me. Andrea is working and i wont have anyone to take bogey out. Ill prob end up at TPC same price but close to home. Its sad but the dog now runs my schedule Hahaha

Just checked with TPC Stadium, since I have a coupon which allow 4 players at 159.00 each, I need to call back on Mar 21 for a tee time on the Mar 23. She said I should be able to get a tee time around 9:00am on Mar23. Currently Mark and I are playing with two slots open. Let me know.
