First Sonartec wedges orders will be shipping tomorrow from Carlsbad, CA. Should be in California stores by Thursday 5/18/2006.

If any of you should have any questions about the Sonartec wedges please let me know. I will do my best on answering any questions you may have.

You probably know this question is coming, but are any more lofts planned to be released?

 

I'm looking for something to replace my tried and true Nike, and would rather not bend a 56 if a 54 is coming out in a couple of months.

Currently Sonartec is working with our customers to make sure that 52, 56 and 60 are well received at retail. If sales are strong you might see more lofts. But nothing in the near future.

What are the grooves on the wedges?

Is there a sole grind? What is the purpose of the specific grind?

What is the shape most similar to? Vokey 200?400? Callaway Forged+? I prefer a slightly rounder wedge ala Forged+, not like the new X Tour, which looks like a Vokey200 to me.

When are the Sonartec Prototype XL-301 irons going to be released for sale ?

Eric, I got the chance to play around with the T35 wedges a few weeks back and they are wonderful wedges. They had very similar looks to the Vokey Spin Milleds, but they were just softer. Adam (maine rep) said that this is the general consensus of the costomers, the sole grind is great, this is one of the best grinds that have come to retail sale that I have EVER seen. Great job on this one Sonartec!
