Iron Debate

I like more traditional irons so Titleist has always been for me. But now with the MP-32s out I am also looking at those and the Cleveland CG1's. What do you guys think between the Titleist 695mb, Titleist 660, Mizuno MP-32s, and the Cleveland CG1 Black Pearl. Thanks in advance!

My last three sets were Mizuno Pro II's, MP33's, and MP30's. I also recently tried the MP32's and the MP37's. With that said, I have a brand new set of Titleist 695s in my bag and I don't regret making the switch one bit. The Mizuno MP32's are probably the easiest to hit out of the bunch but the 695s were more workable and look better to me at address...especially the PW. Also, don't let the weaker lofts on the 695s fool you. I hit them just as far and possibly even further than the Mizunos. The MP32's have a softer feel but it's almost too muted, particularly on not so good shots. I found the trajectory to be lower and more penetrating on the 695's. You can't really go wrong with either set and I highly suggest demoing both.

I agree. I've hit everything on the original list except the Clevelands. I like the ball flight of the Mizunos a bit better. I like the looks of the 695mbs the most. But they are all similar enough, I think similar golfers could have a different opinion. Demo all of 'em.
