Help - 9.5 or 10.5, going to try out a 905r - Buying it up tomorrow

So I have a j33r 460 with an Accra t60. I want to try a titleist 905r just for grins and need some advice on choosing either a 9.5 or a 10.5. I am going to use the v2 79g shaft in stiff.

 

Here is what my j33r ball flight looks like on an accusport monitor.

 

mph: 152

Spin 2897

launch 16.1

side spin: 54

Side angle -2.5

 

Carry 276.5

 

It looks like the only way it is going to get longer with my current swing speed is to go higher with less spin.

Also one other question does a negative side angle suggest that my path is inside to out or outside to in?

I am not sure about your swing speed but, based on ball speed I will estimate it to be about 100. If this is the case, it looks like the launch angle is very high. The 905R launches pretty high anyway. I would recommend the 9.5. Good luck.

Go for the 9.5*. This head launches higher for me than the T or the K.

Looks like your launch angle is very high. 9.5 looks to be the best fit but remember the shaft can have a major effect on launch angle. 10.5 with a stiffer shaft may be worth looking at based on your swing speed. Moe

10.5 then throw a low launch shaft in it. more carry is more distance and 10.5 is more carry

I've been playing the Ping G5 in a 10.5 degree loft and my launch monitor readings had between a 10 - 12 degree launch.

 

I'm switching to a 905R with the V2 also and I hit the 9.5 loft higher than my Ping.

 

If you can't try them both, go with the 9.5.
