Anyone have an in to Private Memphis Courses?

Just putting a feeler if anyone could get a 4some onto one of these courses...TPC Southwind, Spring Creek Ranch, Ridgeway, or Memp National,

Your best option would be to have a pro call for you. On another note, I'm intrigued why you would ask about Spring Creek, TPC Southwind, and Ridgeway in the same sentence as Memphis National? It's not a dog track by any stretch, but it's definitely not in the same class as the other 3.

What time frame are you looking at? Are you just passing through and looking to play a round on a nice course? Unless you're locked in on these 4 courses, there may be other options you could consider.

Just visiting for a Saturday - those were courses suggested on the board by someone else. I honestly have not a clue about those courses. We'll end up playing a higher end public access course. We wanted to play mirimichi but it won't be open when we get there.

Any nicer courses with public access course to suggest.?

Honestly, I don't know why you would mention tpc at southwind, ridgeway,and spring creek in the same sentence. Spring Creek is way out of their league.

Spring Creek is no worse than the 2nd best course in the state. It stands all alone in Memphis in terms of design, club facilities, and its overall test of golf.

Ridgeway is the most underrated golf course in the Memphis metroplex.

I can name four daily fee courses in the metroplex that are better golf courses than either of the 18 holes at Memphis National. Don't let the name fool you. There are nine decent holes there. The other 27 are very bland and the maintenance there is often lacking.

If you can't get out at the private clubs you've listed, try Quail Ridge in Bartlett, TN or Cherokee Valley in nearby Olive Branch, MS.
