Fujikura E360 / E370 / E380

Not as good as I expected. Mid ball flight, but, not a boring rising tracectory.

I have had excellent luck with this shaft. I changed my driver shaft from the Diamana 83s to the Fuji E370x and have achieved a more boring trajectory with tighter dispersion. The Diamana had a little more fluid feel, but an overall softer profile that I did not care for. The E300 series is firm in the butt and stiff in the tip with some motion in the middle. Nice shaft. I also changed a frined's driver from a Prolaunch to the FUJI E360 and he will now only play FUJI shafts!

I bought a Callaway FT-5 with an E-360 stiff shaft. I was told by several people it was better than the stock E-150 shaft. After 3 rounds I have removed it from the club. I’m sure the E-360 is an excellent shaft for people that have a smooth tempo swing, but for my quick tempo swing with a hard accelerating downswing, it was not. The shaft has a high kick point and moderate torque. In my quick swing this led to the clubface not closing back to square at impact. The head consistently lagged behind my hands and was open several degrees. A push slice was the most predominate ball flight for me with the E-360. When I deliberately slowed my swing down I did hit some very straight shots in the 280-305 yard range. But a slow swing like that for me did not feel comfortable and it felt like I was slowing down through impact instead of accelerating. I’m installing a UST Proforce V2 65S in the FT-5 and with its low torque and lower kickpoint hopefully it will be better for my swing.

Anybody know the difference in performance between the E360 and the Speeder 652? The specs say the same thing on Fujikura site.

Anyone know if the E300 series play a little softer or stiffer than the actual flex in the shaft?

Just had E380s put in my TM Tour Burner irons, have not hit them much yet, but first take, very sweet. Great ball flight, very smooth on the hands, and a few extra yards to boot. Will post more soon after I have played the a bit more, but they have my attention for sure so far.

I'm very pleased with the shaft. Great feel, trajectory, ball spin, ball speed and dispersion with my swing type and SS(103). It's very stable.

I cam in searching for the same answer. Seems like the same shafts, specs like. Can anyone help?

Tried the 360 in a 3 wood and didn't care for it. Lacked in the feel department, kinda boardy. Dispersion was pretty good except I had a hard time feeling the clubhead while swinging.

Just put an E380 into my new to me TEE CB1 4 wood (16.5*). I have traditionally played Fuji Vista Pros in my fairway woods and hybrids. The E380 has been a great combo with the CB1. I am a high launch/high spin player -- ballooning is a real issue for me if the shaft is not right. The E380 has been a great shaft at a decent price point.

 

Surprised at the distance that I've been getting with this combination.
