Being that he has the longest WITB signature in the history of this forum he must know everything about clubs :russian_roulette:

Seriously are people really so delusional that they still believe this urban myth.....quite frankly Muiras are the most overrated/over priced clubs in the history of golf, sure they are pretty but there is a reason no one on tour uses them any longer, not even Taylor Made has them make clubs any longer. If they were really that good all the pros would game them. So when you make staetments like this all you are doing is bringing up a myth that started circa 1998, and has only spread because of the internet, so get in the 21st century, you are not impressing anyone on this site by bringing up ancient history/rumors. Only making yourself look ignorant.

I also doubt Miura forges his irons anymore but to say they're the most over rated clubs is just an opinion. I tested the Nike VRs and Miura Blades and prefered the Miuras... just my opinion. Speaking of over priced... Mizuno has jumped up a bit and I've had both good and bad experiences with their clubs in the past...

As to Tiger's irons, I've heard they're forged by Endo Thailand and they're hand finished (ground and weighed) at Nike. Whereas consumer irons are most likely pumped out of Endo Thailand and only checked for consmetic defects.

Didn't Cameron do a "spa" on the putter recently? I heard the weight of the putter is around 300grams as well. Am I correct on this?

nope.. that wont get refinished anytime soon and the head weighs in the region of 330gms

That's not what I heard. I heard in fact he did send it in. Was it in this thread that someone said that? I can't find the source, but I did hear that.

he uses nike special braided dri-fit tour series laces... improves midfoot stability and virtually no slippage of laces.

NOT true. his shoe lace are made a material that is undiscovered. how he got the material remains unknown, but it is the most rare and finest material to ever be used on shoes. the cost cannot be estimated as the material is from the future.

So what driver is Tiger using now anyway? What did he use at Bay Hill?

He uses a protype Nike Driver made of pure forged Unobtanium with a shaft made of Fictionite. The loft is actually negative 3.5 degrees so that when his swing speed approaches the speed of light the "bending" of reality actually curves the face to a more conventional 8.5 degrees loft. Oh, and the grips are made from the flayed skin from the buttocks of all his last round victims which is the real reason it takes them so long to recover from the a** whippin's they get, not the oft stated psychological blow to their ego.

I hope the Unobtanium driver is going to be available to the public very soon. Dont know if I can resist 14 new TM drivers that will be out by the end of June of this year.

So, that leaves me with only one question. Do they make that club in a left-handed model? I'm tried of seeing "RH only" :beruo:

Scotty Cameron offered to refinish and make it look good but Tiger declined.

Actually the laces are Miura woven and stamped with a Nike swoosh.

Ha, nice call back....classic. I remember reading a thread that had very specific specs on his clubs and I think I remember the putter being listed at 338 grams.
