Has anyone hit the Accra iron shaft yet?

Had them in my irons.. I liked them but had the wrong flex so I ended up switchin irons with Nippon Shafts.. The Accras had a sweet ball flight...

Good question...these came out with quite a bit of fan-fare, but they seemed to crash with a resounding thud...anybody play these?

I've heard nothing but good things about them. If I had a lot of extra money to spend on iron shafts I would love to try some.

 

They probably would get more usage if you could new as components. You have to go to an authorized accra dealer and get them installed, or get lucky and find a used set of pullouts. Going to a club fitter and getting them properly fitted is a good thing, but not everyone lives near an Accra dealer.

I have them in wedges and love them. I put the full set i won in a raffle in a set of RAC LTs but the heads don't get along with my swing due to the rounder leading edge and bounce.

 

I'm going to have them thrown in my gamer irons but i love them. They are like Project X with feel.

I just had a set installed in Miz MP 60's. Very smooth shaft with great feel. Strong, boring ball flight without ballooning. Just an excellent shaft.
