I am not sure what you mean by "lifting quotes" but these are are user reviews posted in a forum that is open to the public.

They as well have a direct link to the golfwrx.com home page with a banner supporting this site. I would be fairly certain all of the legal hashings would have been worked out in their doing so.

I think it is really cool and it can also be looked at as a way for Adams to tell us that they are listening to our input and creating products based on our opinions. That's really exciting

It's also common knowledge the some of the OEM's monitor and have employees post on this site and others. So let's hope that the Adams quotes excluded any of their "stealth" employees.... ; )

The main reason I posted this was that I strolled over to my local Golf Galaxy at lunch, and they had the black super hybrid finally in stock, I hadn't seen one in person before, and I got to hit some on the simulator. I was bombing a 19 degree with the stock stiff shaft, slight draw, carrying 230+ or so, rolling out to 250....really long for me, it did feel really solid..really tempting....

Exactly. Unlike other sites that cut/paste what the OEM's say and make silly claims that they're the cause of great things....we here at GolfWRX are that HUGE in the industry. Just look at the letter from Odyssey regarding the ProType82 putter and how WE/GOLFWRX had input in what the final product was going to be. I believe another site edited out the exact letter posted here and claimed it as theirs! :rolleyes:

Wouldn't doubt it but for now most OEMs are on the "dark finish" kick. I have to admit I have always loved shiny chrome and gradually became alright with satin. It took me years (playing 35 years)to play cast types but had to eventually throw Ping into the 25++ sets played. Didn,t care for dark finish at first but now really like it for not only the looks but the practicality of framing the ball.

Yeah, when the post is a bit long, too grammatically correct and full of praises, I always get skeptical. For the unaware, it may not make a difference, but for me, this reduces the credibility of what I read.
