Dont know if Canadian's are allowed in on this contest but I would so love a new set, especially a TaylorMade set since I never look that way while shopping for clubs b/c of the cost. Got a few of my clubs stolen recently right off the racks at the clubhouse, while in the washroom. They errected a new sign in my honour regarding having no camera's around and not to leave clubs on the racks. Too little too late I guess. Winning this set will help salvage my crummy seasons as the clubs stolen from me early in this season had a high sentimental value that ruined my season. Thanks

Here are a few snapshots of what I am currently using...(minus my putter which is currently being re-gripped).

I Purchased this 'set' off of a 67 year old retired Irish fellow who is neighbored to a buddy of mine. I was completely green to the sport at the time but held hopes of bringing home a brand new hobby. So, I looked the clubs over and took a few swings, and then took a few more. Ultimately I thought that they looked good to go for their price($40); so I thought why not, it is just to try out (plus the old Mick was pretty cool so we did some business together). 4 months have now passed and I have since continued to pursue my interest with the sport, but I cannot say the same of what's in my bag. My clubs have not held a good marriage with me to say the least. They consistently under-perform, have less than zero forgiveness, severely lack the presence of a sweet spot, have a hopeless rate of power, and are just an all around irritating set of clubs to use. I hope to soon hand them off because they do not play well for me.

To illustrate to you what my present ability is - my first visit to any course actually resulted in 3 pars out of 9 holes at a public course near Washington, D.C. (Sligo Creek Golf Course). I ended up shooting 8 over par while sharing my buddy's Callaways. My drive is about 240 yards with the 10.5 Titleist that you can kind of see in the pics (the only decent club I have). I am acquainted with some of the wait-staff at Chevy Chase, Woodmont, and Congressional Country Clubs (Montgomery County, MD) and have passes to play on those courses upon a proper introduction.

Gaming the R9's would give me the chance to beatifically swing some quality golf gear and replace what feels like a set from the pre-open era.

As a mostly out of work electrician in the wonderful state of Michigan, it will be years before I could afford a beautiful set of irons like this!!!! I would write "LOL", but it might make me cry!!!

I could use this to complete my TM bag. I hit them at a demo and loved them. I didn't want to shell out the $$$ at the time so I went w/ a used set. Anyway these are a perfect fit for me w/ the kbs stiff shafts.
