Reviewing the thread, it's trending that 9015 is longest, yet many times "lack of total control" is noted.

TM SF and G15 appear to be the longest [i]controllable[/i] heads

I voted the 9015 but my gamer is STILL the ANCIENT Insight BTY. Prolaunch Red, 2* open. With the TaylorMade TP Red LDP it just seemed like the best combo ever. Tried many others but nothing could dethrone it, Haven't tried the try Speedline Fast 10 and don't have the money not access to any "tour" gear.

I am not super long but am a big guy with a long arc. 6'5"/250 and I can swing it 120+ if I want to but I like finding the ball, lol. So I dial it back to 106-110 and if I am on a little more. I played yesterday in 106* weather and with roll popped one out 349 (according to GPS, elevated tee box and fast fairways). Why mess with what aint broke. I did add the new Winn Lite in Medium and it made a small difference and was super comfortable.

I do question some of the choices you have on there but to each their own, Seems heavy on Taylormade, Nike and Callaway. Adams has made some super drivers since their "Dual Can" and "Composite Top Red Line". Also the Insight BUL and BTY and the the XTD A3 PRO. But I am an Adams lover so it is what it is,

I voted for the Hibore XL Tour because that was the longest on the list for me from all the ones that I've tested but the longest I've EVER hit aren't on the list - Callaway FT-3 Tour and Exotics XCG-V. Both of those SMOKE the Hibore in distance.

I compiled this list of drivers based on various old posts that I have read and recorded numerous praises for various driver models being the longest.... I never heard more than one person talk highly about the Alpha driver. But several people vouched for the Geek Dot Com this - as a long deep faced driver.

What's clear from this survey is that over the last two years the longest drivers (according to Golf WRXers) are the Adams 9015D, The Ping G15, and the TaylorMade Superfast TP.

It's nice to see a combo so cheap as the 9015D is now is leading the pack. What shaft would you recommend for a 97-101 swinger? I just bought a 10.5* 9015D/matrix 60-s combo for cheap to try out based on the votes!

I buy some for more testing, and testing with different shafts.

I keep coming back to either my SMT Indio or SMT DB+.

I also have a DCT that kicks A$$, but not quite so consistent. I need to try a Bang-O-Matic.

I would vote Tour Edge XLD LS or FT-3/FT-9 but they aren't on the list so FT-IZ it is. And why no Tour Edge Exotics drivers? Heck throw in the CB1 or CB2 three wood and see how many votes it gets! Tour Edges are stupid long and so easy to hit.

Wow, over 400 votes!! It is pretty clear from this survey that the Adams 9015D driver head and the TaylorMade SuperFast TP are the "KING" of long distance! The Callaway FT tour and the Ping G15 are not far behind either...

From that list, the PING i15 is a monster for me, but just got kicked out of the bag by my old trusty Cobra HS9. The PING has a sweet spot the size of a dime, but when you nut it, you know it! The search is on for the perfect driver (as it always is)...long, straight, forgiving, and consistent. Perhaps the Cobra ZL? We'll see.

My vote FT Tour solid, low spin, flat trajectory head get the right shaft in this head and it will bomb the course.
