The new steel FW metal

Got this in yesterday from a friend. Looks like this will be the head that finally replaces the "HFS" Hot face steel on tour. I will have some comparison pics tomarrow. One of a very few released to tour last week. No serial on the hozel and TP crest on the toe. First Pic of this baby seen.

Looks to me like a very close copy of the 200 Tour smooth top shape. Anybody else think so, or disagree?

it doesn't look to be the same shape as the retail version - more like a cross of the retail ST and HFS heads

nice, great pics...man they sure do keep making the lofts stronger on clubs, i thought 19* was a good strong loft for a 5w, now lower!

Basically a V-Steel with the TP crest and of course the obligatory MWT update...got to have weighted screws now if it comes from TM....

Quite noticeable difference between the HFS and the ST Tour in that the HFS is more rounded on the sole profile seen from the front whereas the ST Tour is more flattish.

I second bogeyk's recommendation for game! Super-duper perdy to look out, but the second I would try to put that into play I'd get a sky mark from even the tightest of lies (assuming it was available in lefty--which it's not, so I'd also get some happy marks all around like some other HFS's we've seen!). Makes my NP-99 look downright deep-faced. Very perdy club though. :yahoo:

Only problem I have with the clubhead is the ports for the weights create tons of drag.
