As mentioned.. Today's creation. Getting the shaft on was a pain and not sold on the grip. Might dye a pistol gt 3.0 and try that.

Looks great....any thoughts on the Cleveland Utilities vs. ZXU.  Also, I'm still on a Z745 combo, how you liking the new ones?  Closest i've seen to the sole of the 745.

If youre referring to the trusty 588 MTs, I would say the ZX is better all around. Just as forgiving, a more solid feeling and looks 100x better. 

 

Regarding the zx combo, initially went with zx5 all the way but 7-pw is the strength of my game. Messed around with a zx7 8 and was hitting ropes so moved back to them. Like the reviews say, they are very forgiving for 'player' irons. The AW, which i never used before, is quickly becoming my favorite club.

Yes, 588MT....I have a 4 iron (21*), that I plug in every once in a while.  It flies high and long for me.  I have a 4 zxu on the way as well.  Thinking of bumping the 588 to 19 or 20 as a more true driving iron.  Thanks, JT

I moved out by you brother over in Las Gav. I live on the street that intersects the 6th green & 7th tee box. Would be great to see ya again at some point!

Well, technically not a lie. The bag will still look the same except going to throw some mmt 105s in. Ended up with a set of 745s with those installed and was instantly impressed. Built up an Zx7 8i to test and even though it was an inch over (I usually play 1/2) was just throwing darts. More so, almost completely removed the left side. Going to keep the SF 95 reg around because they were the reliable but.. I cannot ignore the results. 

 

Will be 105 stiff ssx1 built 1/2" up. The wedges will be 105 in AW/SW and 125s in the LW. Did go a bit off track as throwing in an 90 mmt as I kept reading the parallel tips were a bit higher launching.. Aka what I need with my zxu 4i.
