yep.. this is the bag for a while. Moved up in flex in the woods and taking a minute to dial the swing in. Found if I play the ball back, closer to the heel Im hitting the center 8/10 times. Not horrible for a rusty swing. This is a bit different as Im used to playing it off the front crown / lip. Even with junky range balls I was putting some down range.

Swing still has a ways to go but very happy with this set up.

I always like what you do and the way you do things, and it always looks like you have fun doing it, which is a lesson for most of us on here. It's all about having fun, and some people do the 'new equipment' thing and it always just looks like their looking for the unicorn and seem desperate about it. But with you, it always looks like your bag is fun, and yet practical too.

It can be a touch frustrating when that time for Golf diminishes. My wife is about to give birth to our daughter in the next week or so, and at nearly 50yo, I know my time and indeed, energy will be tested to the max over the next few months. I can see that my time on the Golf Course will be compromised during that time, but we'll soon get in the swing of having a new 'little one' around, and when we get set in that routine I'm sure that my time getting back on the golf course will get back to normal, but I'll probably pretty much, put this season to bed now, notwithstanding a few Club tests over the winter, but apart from that I know that I'm pretty much done now until next year. Roll on the Masters!!

50??!!! Bless your heart. Our diva just turned 18 months and she exhausts me. VA is nice as we can usually get away playing to early November. Work should be slowing down to a manageable rate


This all said, I fully plan to send the bios down to continental, gonna do the same thing as my 913s

That'll be interesting. I hope you get a chance to post a little bit from time to time, as I do enjoy your posts and updates.

As for being 50yo and our daughter being born over the next week or so, well I do have a wife who's 28yo, so it all helps keep me both on my toes, and feeling younger........hang on, who the hell am I trying to kid???

Seriously though, my wife has had a fairly stressful pregnancy and she already has some relatively minor health issues, and with business interests to take care of, and a new business start up for me this year, together with a 5yo little boy to take care of, and my Mother passing away 2 months ago, my time for Golf has been oh so limited. But I'm determined that, when the new business gets into some system, and having the new baby around, it will enable some routine to take effect, so that I can allot some specific Golf time for next year. Well, that's fitting Golf around the new business, and my wife being away for 6 weeks next Summer on Geological Field trips it will be hard, but I'll fit it all in somehow!! Just another day in paradise. Lol.

played 18 today and once I regroove some semblance of my swing.. well golf might actually be fun. Hit some ropes out there and switching back the 5w might end up being my best decision in a long time

thanks. Id say maybe four grams ish. Nothing too crazy as I just used 4 or 6 gram weight tips in the fibers to get them back to D2-D3 playing .5 over
