Jumbo size grips

anyone using on SC?

I am contemplating putting a jumbo/os grip on my ss newport 2, anyone out there done this?

im also thinking about one but not on a SC on a corza ghost, i have heard alot of good things about the OS grips on the putter

I have a Jumbo Tiger Shark on my SS 1.5 and love it. I got it used like that and almost took it straight down to the shop to get a different grip but decided to give it a shot. Haven't changed it yet.

Just put a jumbo winn on my SC Kombi S, Best thing I have bought all year!!! I found that with the stock grip I was getting to strong of a grip(ringing its neck) and that it was forcing me to push/pull alot of putts, After I put the jumbo on it was a night and day difference, Try it out if your finding your grip to be to tight and you'll never go back.

I have this on my SC Newport. I am going to get a black one for my Newport 2, Ping and Rife Aussie. LOVE IT!!! It is heavy (which I like), and it really helps with light grip pressure. I have an OS Iomic on one putter and do not like it, but I love the feel of this putter. Do it and don't look back.

Use the grip that works for you. There's nothing wrong with putting a non-Cameron grip on a Cameron putter.

For some reason last year "oversized" putter grips were all the rage at my golf club. One person showed up with one and after a few people tried it they all went and got one. It just kinda kept spreading until at least 10 of them stayed in play by the end of the season. It seemed like the older members really prefered them over the younger ones. One guy mentioned it really helped his arthritis.

I put a Super Stroke on my friend's Mil-Spec and he has been putting lights out, even with his crooked aim. One word of caution though, Super Stroke gave the putter a very hollow echo sound which is kinda weird.

I've tried, and hated, numerous oversized grip. Absolutely hated them.

I was considering the gp crown jumbo, but at 142 grams, how would it affect the feel and weight of the putter? At the present I have the ping blackout on the putter.

I have the Tiger Shark Jumbo Lite on my California Del Mar. I love the grip and it is super light which allows me to feel the club head. Give it a shot you make like it.

Just got the Winn jumbo lite putter grip. I like it, weighs as much as a standard grip so u don't lose feel of the head

I had same problem with the superstroke grip with the allen head bolt design. Didn't like the "hollow" sound. Switched to superstroke lite "fatso" and couldn't be happier. Nice feel and no hollow sound.

With a name like pingman1, I would not picture you gaming a SC. :bb: I used a jumbo on my B60 and it took too much of the feel away for me... It did take my hands outa the storke though.
