You and the OP, keep up the good work with those TM Burner 2.0's. Before you know it, you will both be playing blades... :D ...Or? You could both become more skilled with what you already have... (cool)

I got them when they first came out with my fitted 2 degrees flat. I sold them during the winter as I wasnt a big fan of a few things. The stock shafts to me didnt feel right no matter how much I tired to like them. about once or twice a round I would get a solid connection and it would fly about 10 yards more than normal and at my course, thats in the crap. lastly I didnt like the massive gap bewteen the 7 and 8 iron. I didnt love them for the first year though.

For every complaint I've heard on the TM Burner 2.0's, I've heard 3 "you da man's" for them... Funny how there aren't any irons that everyone's a fan of but there are many irons that some can / do find fault with... ...Ain't no one perfect...

I like orange juice......What do you like??? :drinks:

I've been playing my 2.0's with PX 5.5 for two years, but about to move on to something new. No real complaints about the Burners, but with some swing changes and better ball striking I'm looking for a little different performance from my irons. Me to the Burners: "It's not you...it's me". I will definitely be keeping them around as a backup set.

Just picked up a set last month from a member on here and still in the bag. Set has KBS Tours in them, as this was going to be the choice or not try them at all.

It's been fun with them so far......like irons into Par 5's which is rare for me and with confidence. Hitting more Par 3's which have owned me for a long time and making a few 2's which is rare.

The wedge has me scratching my head at times distance wise and has been the hardest to dial in. The AW has sat, so no clue how that plays. I thought that the AW would be in the bag since I figured I would have a bigger gap between my PW and 54 degree SW, but I did not....just need to figure out why one shot goes 94 yards and the other 125 yards from time to time.

I still have all my other TM irons sitting on the bench....R7 TP's, 2009 TP's w/KBS and MC's with KBS...they might be there awhile!

These are now going for under $300 for a new set. May take the plunge for an alternate set.

$300 buck a set for these new has to be one of the better deals going on a set of new irons. Pretty hard to go wrong here...

p.s. Once a great iron, always a great iron...:)

I'm still gaming mine. In fact, I have a backup set new in the box. Like others have said, I like the rounded leading edge, the black finish, the sound/feel.

I bought a set of Rbladez a few weeks ago and they are great as well. While the bladez are slightly longer in the 4-5-6 irons by 2-5 yards for me, I prefer the feel of the 2.0s and sold the Rbladez.

These irons play very similar but there are some slight differences:
-Bladez launch higher and carry a little farther in long irons. 8-pw are the same
-Bladez have a slightly sharper leading edge which promotes digging for me. I prefer the 2.0 design
-I think the 2.0s sound & feel better on flush and off center hits. Also there is no variation 4-AW. The slotted clubs in the bladez do feel different.
- I hit the 2.0s sweet spot way more often, but I shortened the shafts slightly and swing weighted them all to d3. I was less consistent with the Rbladez, but trust I could fix that.

I did like the rocketbladez very much, but could not justify the extra expense. Although I could definitely bag either set without hesitation.

Still got that new backup set around?
